Appointments at the Dean’s Office, the Student Advising Office, and the Examination Office can be arranged by telephone or e-mail during service hours. You can only make an in-person appointment within the specified times (see below) for matters that cannot be settled by telephone, post, or e-mail. Please note that walk-in appointments are not accepted.

A checklist and deadlines, including the application deadline for the respective academic year, will be announced in mid-February via the relevant Moodle.
